Shipping policy

Every Beyond Healing product is handmade in small batches, so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost: Shipping starts at $6.27 and is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Delivery: After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package hasn't arrived, email us at beyondhealingone@gmail.com and we'll help.
