Herbal Wellness Blends (Deep Breath Tea Blend)

A soothing loose-leaf herbal tea blend for slowing down and taking a deep breath. Warm, aromatic and comforting, especially on cool days. Blended by hand in small batches with love.

Herbs in this blend: Mullein, marshmallow root, meadowsweet flower, honeybush, peppermint, ginger, hyssop, cinnamon, angelica root, licorice root

Size: Small, 1oz or  Large, 2oz

How to brew: Steep 1–2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water for 5–7 minutes, cover while steeping, strain and enjoy. Add honey or lemon if you like.
