Lotus Dream Herbal Smoking Blend

Lotus Dream is a gentle, nicotine-free herbal blend of blue lotus, damiana, lemon balm and mullein. It's smooth and light with a soft floral note, made for slowing down, quieting the mind and settling into a calm, peaceful state.

The herbs

• Blue Lotus: long used to relax the body, ease stress and support a calm, dreamy state. Spiritual: intuition, meditation and opening the third eye.
• Damiana: traditionally used to lift the mood and ease tension. Spiritual: self-love, passion and opening the heart.
• Lemon Balm: gentle and uplifting, with a light citrus note. Spiritual: joy, success and a lighter heart.
• Mullein: a soft, light base that makes the blend smooth and helps it burn evenly. Spiritual: protection, courage and spiritual light.

Ingredients: Mullein leaf, damiana leaf, blue lotus flower, lemon balm leaf.

How to enjoy

1. Prepare: Break up any larger pieces with your fingers. Roll in papers or pack lightly into a pipe.
2. Set the mood: Find a quiet space, take a few deep breaths and set your intention.
3. Go slow: Start with a small amount and take slow, gentle draws.

Prefer tea? Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain through a fine strainer or cloth to remove mullein's fine hairs.
