Sacred Womb Cleanse

A sacred self-care ritual for women. This hand-blended herbal mix is paired with affirmation and chakra cards to help you slow down, reconnect, and honor yourself. Created with intention and made with love.

What's included: Herbal blend, affirmation cards, chakra cards 

Herbs in this blend: Mugwort, rose petals, hibiscus, chamomile, red raspberry leaf, rosemary, sage

Your ritual: 

1. Prepare your space. Choose a quiet, private time. Dim the lights, light a candle, and play soft music if you like.

2. Set your intention. Hold your affirmation and chakra cards, take three slow breaths, and ask yourself what you want to release and what you want to welcome in.

3. Brew your herbs. Bring 4–6 cups of water to a boil, remove it from the heat, and add ¼ to ½ cup of the herbal blend. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.

4. Begin your steam. Pour the warm herbal water into a steam seat or a bowl placed in your toilet. Always test the steam with your hand first. It should feel warm and gentle, never hot. Sit comfortably with a blanket or long skirt wrapped around your waist to hold in the warmth.

5. Rest and reflect for 15–20 minutes. Pull one affirmation card and one chakra card. Read them slowly, breathe deeply, and repeat your affirmation in your heart or out loud. Let your body relax and your mind be still.

6. Close with gratitude. Thank yourself for taking this time. Drink a glass of water, rest for a few minutes, and carry your affirmation with you through the day.

Steam no more than once a week. Stop right away if you feel too much heat or any discomfort.
